Rider FAQ
How do I get jobs?
Go online in the Rider app. When an order is ready near you, the app offers it to the nearest available rider. Accept it and follow the map.
Can I choose my hours?
Yes. Go online when you want to work and offline when you are done. There are no fixed shifts.
How does cash work?
Customers pay you in cash at the door. The app keeps track of the cash you are holding and you settle it with us; your delivery earnings are yours.
How do I sign up?
Email us with your name, phone number and area. Our team will call you to check your documents and help you set up the CraveWala Rider app.
