Questions, answered

How do I pay?

In cash. Pay your rider when the food arrives, or pay at the counter for pickup orders. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Where do you deliver?

We're live in Karachi. Each restaurant delivers within its own area; the app shows which restaurants deliver to your address, and you can always order for pickup.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, until the restaurant accepts it. If a restaurant doesn't accept within 10 minutes, the order is cancelled automatically and you pay nothing.

Something was missing from my order. What do I do?

Open the order in the app and tap "Problem with this order?". Our support team looks into every report and makes it right.

How do I list my restaurant?

Apply on our Partner page with your restaurant details, CNIC and menu. Our team reviews applications, usually within 2 working days.

Is there an iPhone app?

Android comes first, and the iPhone apps are on the way.
