Partner FAQ
What does it cost to join?
Nothing up front. There is no sign-up fee; we take an agreed commission on each order, which our team explains before you sign.
How do I get paid?
Your earnings (sales minus commission) are paid to your bank account every week. The Partner app shows every order, your earnings and each payout.
Who delivers the food?
CraveWala riders pick up from your counter and deliver. Customers can also order for pickup.
Customers pay cash. How does that work?
Riders collect cash from the customer and settle with us; you get your share in your weekly payout. For pickup orders, the customer pays you at the counter.
Why do you need my CNIC?
To verify that a real, responsible person owns the restaurant and the bank account we pay. Only the CraveWala team can see your documents, and they're deleted if your application isn't approved.
How long does approval take?
Usually 2 working days. Once approved, we email you a link to set your password for the Partner app, then help you put your menu online.
